Introduction

We are very much delighted to draw kind attention to the announcement of our project at Plot # 73, Road # 2GA, Sugandha R/A, Panchlaish, Chittagong. The most north site location of the city dwellers. C) Heavy reinforced Cement Concrete Foundation.
D) Floor Slabs all Reinforced Cement Concrete.
E) Sub-Soil Investigation and Soil composition comprehensively analyzed.
F) Comprehensive checking and Testing of all steel reinforcement by professional Design and supervising Engineers.
G) All Structural Materials including steel, Cement, Bricks, Sylhet sand and other Aggregates etc. of highest available standard and screened for quality.
H) Direct supervision at every stage of construction by a team of experienced and qualified civil Engineers to ensure Highest Quality of workmanship.

E) All internal door frames of Garzan, chickrashi/Shil-Karrai/Jam as per seasonal availability.

 

6.0 Windows :
Sliding Aluminum windows as per Architectural design.
Safety M.S. grills with matching color (Enamel paint) in all windows. 5mm thickness tinted glass with rain water Barrier in 3" Aluminum section.

 

7.0 Bathroom :
A) Walls tiles in up to bathroom ceiling and non-slip floor tiles RAK/FUWANG/CBC.
B) Toilet ceiling will be Enamel paint with over head light point on mirror.
C) Mirror, soap case, towel rail, Toilet paper holder, Glass shalves in all toilet.
Best quality chrome plated local fittings G.M.G/ Suzan/ Sarkar.
E) Concealed hot and cold water lines in master bath room
F) Colored or white sanitary wares of Developer's standard
G) Good quality English Comet in master Bath room


8.0 Kitchen :
A) Down wash Arrange for Pots and pans
B) Store rooms in all kitchens with 2 Slabs
C) Servant bed with Toilet and washing space for Cloths
